The Steps of Home Buying

1. Obtain pre-approval letter. (If you don't have a lender yet, check out Our Preferred Lenders)

2. Let's meet and talk about what to expect on your house buying journey.

3. Select an area where you'd like to buy property. (map of San Joaquin County)

4. Determine your property needs. (we encourage you to complete Your Property Tour Requirements List)

5. Start Searching (suggestions for a more efficient search) and pick your top 5 favorites.

6. We'll examine your favorites list to make sure that they're currently available and we'll set up appointments to view them.

7. When you have that "Ah Ha" moment, then we'll help you write an offer for the seller.

8. Once your offer is accepted, we'll open Escrow and help schedule inspections (like roof, termites, etc).

9. We'll stay in contact with your lender, escrow officer, the seller's agent, and YOU as we make sure the process runs smoothly.

10. We'll hold your hand through the loan document signing process so you'll know what you're signing.
